Why Is My Order Taking So Long?
Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive from the date it was placed. We do not keep much inventory on hand, so most orders go into production after they are placed. Our customer service team is dedicated to keep you updated every step of the way.
Will You Still Ship My Order After The Sale?
Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean that our work is complete. Simply put, we will not rest until every last one of our customers has received an amazing experience.
WHY DID I RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days, while our jewelry is custom made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!
HOW CAN I REPLACE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT?
Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to fully process.
SHIPPING & HANDLING?
Shipping and Handling is $5.95 for orders below $35. Anything over $35 ships FREE! Some of our t-shirts are shipped from different locations so if you received part of your order, don't worry the rest is still on its way!
